Mini Hand Bouquet

This is a tiny hand bouquet specially for an amigurumi. The flower is made using a thinner cotton yarn (3 ply yarn) and a 3 mm hook. The lace part, if you have some left over of some sort of ribbon or lace, you can use it.

Flower

1) Magic ring, 5 single crochet into ring. Don't cut or hide the tail from the magic ring.

2) Work only on the front loop, chain 3, then slip stitch down the chain 3 starting from the 2nd chain from hook. Joint to the next stitch with a slip stitch. Repeat in the same manner until the end of the row.

3) Work only on the back loop, chain 4, then single crochet down the chain 4 starting with the 2nd chain from hook and joint to the next stitch with a slip stitch and repeat the same till the end of the row. End with a slip stitch and cut.

The lace or ribbon part, cut about 6 inches long. Fold it half then fold it half again and use the tail from the magic ring and the tail from the last stitch, tie a knot and keep the lace in place. Tie it twice to make sure it is real tight. Open up the lace and it will look like a bouquet. Refer to video for reference.

Tiny Top Hat

This Top Hat is tiny enough for my amigurumi. Preferable black in color but for tutorial video sake, I did a brown one too. I used cotton yarn and a 3 mm hook. It is very easy to make. The tutorial video : Top Hat 1) Magic ring with 6 single crochet (sc) into ring [total 6] 2) 2 sc in each, all around [total 12] 3) (Sc in next 3, 2 sc in next stitch) repeat all around [total 15] 4) Sc all around (only on back loop) [total 15] 5) - 8) Sc all around [total 15] 9) 2 sc in each stitch, all around the front loop only [total 30] You can cut yarn now, either you leave a long tail for sewing or weave in the tail. Crochet Flower Bag

This is a simple flower bag made using 2 strand of yarn. It is optional, you can use 1 strand instead. I used a 4 mm hook, since it is a 2 strand yarn. I made this for a toddler, so the bag strap is short. The tutorial video : Flower Bag 1) Start with a magic ring, chain 2, make 15 double crochet (dc) into the ring. 2) Chain 2, 2 dc in each stitch (dc inc) . 3) Chain 2, (dc, dc inc) - repeat until the end, cut the yarn. 4) Change color. Crochet Mooncake

This is my second crochet mooncake. This pattern is different from my first crochet mooncake. I made two version. One with lace yarn and a 2 mm hook and another with cotton yarn and a 3 mm hook. The lace yarn mooncake is smaller than the cotton yarn mooncake due to the size of the yarn and hook yet both are equally lovely and look quite like the real thing.
