This is my mooncake bunny. Make using cotton yarn and a 3mm hook. You will need stuffing and safety eyes and nose. As for the ears, I did loop stitch but if you find it a hassle, you can crochet single crochet. The written pattern below are all in single crochet, including the ears. I just convert it to loop stitch but with the same pattern.

The Head And Body
1) Magic ring, 6 single crochet (sc) into ring [total 6]
2) {2 sc in same stitch (inc) } 6 times [total 12]
3) (sc, inc) 6 times [total 18]
4) (sc in next 2, inc) 6 times [total 24]
5) (sc in next 3, inc) 6 times [total 30]
6) (sc in next 4, inc) 6 times [total 36]
7) (sc in next 5, inc) 6 times [total 42]

You can now add a bit of stuffing and safety eyes and nose. The eyes is between row 14 and 15 and it is 7 stitches apart and the nose is one row down and in the middle between both eyes.

6) dec 4 times, sc in next 10 [total 14] can add a little stuffing now, about 1/4 of the leg.

seal the top with 3 sc, cut yarn and leave a long tail for sewing.
Arms
1) Magic ring, 8 sc into ring [total 8]
