BTS - BT21 - RJ

 This is another BT21 member, RJ. I used cotton yarn and a 3 mm hook. You will need white, red and brown cotton yarn and safety eyes and nose and some stuffing. The microphone is in my previous post.

Head (white)

1) Start by making a magic ring, make 8 single crochet (sc) into ring     [total 8]

2) Do 2 sc in each stitch (inc) - 8X     [total 16]

3) (Sc, inc) - 8X     [total 24]  Cut the yarn and make another one.

4) Joint the 2 legs with a slip stitch, (sc next 5, inc) - 8X     [total 56]

5) Sc all around     [total 56]

6) (Sc next 5, dec) - 8X      [total 48]

7) (Sc next 10, inc next 4, sc next 10) - 2X     [total 56]

8) - 11) Sc all around     [total 56]

12) (Sc next 10, do a 2together (dec) next 4, sc next 10) - 2X     [total 48]

13) (Sc next 10, inc next 4, sc next 10) - 2X     [total 56]

14) - 17) Sc all around     [total 56]

18) (Sc next 10, dec next 4, sc next 10) - 2X     [total 48]

19) (Sc next 4, dec) - 8X     [total 40]

20) (Sc next 3, dec) -8X     [total 32]

21) (Sc next 2, dec) - 8X     [total 24]

22) (Sc, dec) - 8X     [total 16]

23) Dec 8X      [total 8]


Ear (white)

1) Start with a magic ring and make 5 sc into ring     [total 5]

2) Inc 5X     [total 10]

3) - 4) Sc all around     [total 10]   Leave a long tail for sewing and cut yarn.


Bumps on the cheek (white - small, make 2)

1) Start with a magic ring and make 4 sc into ring     [total 4]

2) Inc all around     [total 8]

3) (Inc, sc) - 4X     [total 12]   Leave a long tail for sewing and cut yarn.


Bumps on the cheek (white - big, make 2)

1) Start by making a magic ring and 5 sc into ring     [total 5]

2) Inc all around     [total 10]

3) (Inc, sc) - 5X     [total 15]   Leave a long tail and cut yarn.


Mini shawl (red)

Chain 46. Start from 2nd chain from the hook. Sc next 14, half double crochet (hdc) next 4, double crochet (dc) next 3, treble crochet (tc), tc with a picot - that is after tc, chain 2 and slip stitch to the top of the tc, tc, dc next 3, hdc next 4, sc next 14. Cut yarn.


Legs and body (brown and white)

1) Start with brown. Start with a magic ring and do 5 sc into ring     [total 5]

2) Inc 5X     [total 10]

3) (Sc, inc) - 5X     [total 15]

4) - 5)  Change to white. Sc all around     [total 15]   Cut yarn and make a 2nd leg.

6)  Joint with the first leg with a slip stitch. (sc next 4, inc) - 6X     [total 36]

7) - 11) Sc all around     [total 36]

12) (Sc next 5, dec, sc next 5) - 3X     [total 33]

13) (Sc next 9, dec) - 3X      [total 30]

14) (Sc next 4, dec, sc next 4) - 3X    [total 27]

15) (Sc next 7, dec) - 3X      [total 24]

16) (Sc next 2, dec, sc next 2) - 4X     [total 20]

17) (Sc next 3, dec) - 4X     [total 16]


Arm (brown and white)

1) Start with brown, start by making a magic ring, do 4 sc into ring     [total 4]

2) Inc 4X     [total 8]

3) - 4) Change to white. Sc all around     [total 8]

5) Sc next 6, dec     [total 7]

6) Sc all around     [total 7]

7) Sc next 5, dec     [total 6]

8) Sc next 6     [total 6]

 This is a big flower compare to the other crochet flowers. You will need cotton yarn, wire and some flower making green tape. Tiny Top Hat

 This Top Hat is tiny enough for my amigurumi. Preferable black in color but for tutorial video sake, I did a brown one too. I used cotton yarn and a 3 mm hook. It is very easy to make.  The tutorial video : Top Hat 1) Magic ring with 6 single crochet (sc) into ring [total 6] 2) 2 sc in each, all around [total 12] 3) (Sc in next 3, 2 sc in next stitch) repeat all around [total 15] 4) Sc all around (only on back loop) [total 15] 5) - 8) Sc all around [total 15] 9) 2 sc in each stitch, all around the front loop only [total 30] You can cut yarn now, either you leave a long tail for sewing or weave in the tail.  Hope you make lovely hats for your amigurumi. Crochet Amigurumi Microphone

 This is a simple microphone, made using cotton yarn and some stuffing. Very easy to make. Takes you only about an hour to make 1, even for beginners. The tutorial video :  Microphone (use grey yarn) 1) Make a magic ring. Do 10 single crochet into the ring     [total 10] 2) - 5) Do single crochet all around     [total 10] 6) Do a decrease (2 together), 5 times     [total5] 7) - 9) Single crochet all around     [total 5] Leave a long tail to sew it to your amigurumi. Now use a black yarn and sew few lines, like above (or refer to tutorial video) to make it look like a microphone.  Hope you find this pattern interesting.
