Crochet Letter "I"

 This letter "I" I crochet using cotton yarn. The size of the letter depends on the type of yarn you use and the hook size. It will turn out either slightly smaller or bigger.

Crochet Pattern

1) Chain 9, work on the bump size. Single crochet on the 2nd stitch from the hook.

2) Chain 3, do a 2together on the 2nd and 3rd stitch from the hook.

3) Single crochet on the 7th stitch of the earlier chain 9 stitch.

4) Do single crochet in the next 5 stitches, working on the bump side.

5) Chain 2, single crochet on the bump side, 2nd stitch from the hook.

6) Single crochet on the remaining stitch of the earlier chain 9.

Mooncake

  Crochet moon cake. You will need cotton yarn, a 3 mm hook and some stuffing. The tutorial video :  Mooncake 1) Magic ring, 8 single crochet (sc) into ring 2) Work only on the front loop : [ 1 slip stitch (sl st), chain (ch) 6 ] 8 times. Get 8 petals. 3) Work only on the back loop : [ 1 sc, ch2 ] all around and sl st to the join the 1st stitch. 4) Ch 1, [ch2, 3 puff st to the ch2 space, ch 2, 1 sc to the next] 8 times. Sl st to join to the 1st st. 5) Ch 3, 1 sc on top of the sc in the previous row (skip all the puff st). Sl st to join to the 1st st. 6) Ch 1, [ 5 double crochet (dc) in the ch3 space, 1 sc to the top of the sc in previous row) 8 times. 7) Sc all around the back loop. Tiny Top Hat

 This Top Hat is tiny enough for my amigurumi. Preferable black in color but for tutorial video sake, I did a brown one too. I used cotton yarn and a 3 mm hook. It is very easy to make.  The tutorial video : Top Hat 1) Magic ring with 6 single crochet (sc) into ring [total 6] 2) 2 sc in each, all around [total 12] 3) (Sc in next 3, 2 sc in next stitch) repeat all around [total 15] 4) Sc all around (only on back loop) [total 15] 5) - 8) Sc all around [total 15] 9) 2 sc in each stitch, all around the front loop only [total 30] You can cut yarn now, either you leave a long tail for sewing or weave in the tail.  Hope you make lovely hats for your amigurumi.
