Crochet Letter "M"

 This letter "M", I crochet using cotton yarn. You can use just about any yarn. the type of yarn and hook size will make the letter either slightly smaller or bigger.

Crochet Pattern

1) Start with a chain 26, work on the bump side. Do single crochet, starting from the 2nd stitch from the hook, in the next 5 stitches.

2) Do a single crochet in the next stitch, chain 2, do a single crochet in the same stitch.

3) Slip stitch in the next 4 stitches. Do a 2 together in the next stitch. Do slip stitch in the next 4 stitches. 

4) Do a single crochet in the next, chain 2, do a single crochet in the same stitch. 

5) Do single crochet in the next 6 stitches.

Crochet Flower Bag

 This is a simple flower bag made using 2 strand of yarn. It is optional, you can use 1 strand instead. I used a 4 mm hook, since it is a 2 strand yarn. I made this for a toddler, so the bag strap is short.  The tutorial video :  Flower Bag 1) Start with a magic ring, chain 2, make 15 double crochet (dc) into the ring.     2) Chain 2, 2 dc in each stitch (dc inc) .      3) Chain 2, (dc, dc inc) - repeat until the end, cut the yarn.     4) Change color. Chain 1, (sc next 2, skip 2, 5 dc in the same stitch, skip 2, sc next 2, skip 2) - repeat until the end. Crochet Mooncake

This is my second crochet mooncake. This pattern is different from my first crochet mooncake. I made two version. One with lace yarn and a 2 mm hook and another with cotton yarn and a 3 mm hook. The lace yarn mooncake is smaller than the cotton yarn mooncake due to the size of the yarn and hook yet both are equally lovely and look quite like the real thing.
