Mini Sunflower Leaf

 These are some mini sunflower leaf. I used cotton yarn and a 3.5 mm hook.

The Bigger Mini Sunflower Leaf

1) Chain 8, start from the 2nd stitch from the hook, do a single crochet, half double crochet in the next, double crochet in the next 2, half double crochet in the next, single crochet in the next and at the tip do a single crochet, chain 1 and single crochet all in the same stitch. 

2) Do single crochet in the next 2 and chain 2, repeat until the tip, do single crochet, chain 1 and single crochet all in the same stitch. Then again single crochet in the next 2 and chain 2. Repeat until the end of the leaf. Cut yarn and hide the tail or leave a long tail for sewing.


The Medium Mini Sunflower Leaf

Do 1) (without 2)) and cut yarn or leave a long tail for sewing.


The Smallest Mini Sunflower Leaf

1) Chain 8, start from the 2nd stitch from the hook, do a single crochet, half double crochet in the next, double crochet in the next 2, half double crochet in the next, single crochet in the next and at the tip, do single crochet, chain 1, single all in the same last stitch. Cut yarn.

I also added a chop stick, or you can use any wood or metal, to hold the flower as it is quite heavy with so many petals and wire. I used 3 different colors for the whole flower. Mooncake

  Crochet moon cake. You will need cotton yarn, a 3 mm hook and some stuffing. The tutorial video :  Mooncake 1) Magic ring, 8 single crochet (sc) into ring 2) Work only on the front loop : [ 1 slip stitch (sl st), chain (ch) 6 ] 8 times. Get 8 petals. 3) Work only on the back loop : [ 1 sc, ch2 ] all around and sl st to the join the 1st stitch. 4) Ch 1, [ch2, 3 puff st to the ch2 space, ch 2, 1 sc to the next] 8 times. Sl st to join to the 1st st. 5) Ch 3, 1 sc on top of the sc in the previous row (skip all the puff st). Sl st to join to the 1st st. 6) Ch 1, [ 5 double crochet (dc) in the ch3 space, 1 sc to the top of the sc in previous row) 8 times. 7) Sc all around the back loop. Tiny Top Hat

 This Top Hat is tiny enough for my amigurumi. Preferable black in color but for tutorial video sake, I did a brown one too. I used cotton yarn and a 3 mm hook. It is very easy to make.  The tutorial video : Top Hat 1) Magic ring with 6 single crochet (sc) into ring [total 6] 2) 2 sc in each, all around [total 12] 3) (Sc in next 3, 2 sc in next stitch) repeat all around [total 15] 4) Sc all around (only on back loop) [total 15] 5) - 8) Sc all around [total 15] 9) 2 sc in each stitch, all around the front loop only [total 30] You can cut yarn now, either you leave a long tail for sewing or weave in the tail.  Hope you make lovely hats for your amigurumi.
