Grey & White Bunny Series # 1- Bunny Long Ear

 This is a simple cute bunny with long ears. I used cotton yarn, safety eyes and nose and some stuffing.

Bunny Head

1) Start with a magic ring. Do 6 single crochet (sc) into the ring      [total 6]

2) Do 2 sc in a stitch (inc) - all around      [total 12]

3) (Sc, inc) - 6X      [total 18]

4) (Sc next 2, inc) - 6X      [total 24]

5) - 8) Sc all around      [total 24]

9) (Sc next 2, do 2 together (dec)) - 6X      [total 18]

I will sew the ears and place the eyes and nose before I add stuffing.

10) (Sc, dec) - 6X      [total 12]

11) Dec - 6X      [total 6]

Leave a long tail for sewing. Sew on all the 6 front loop and pull to seal the hole and leave the tail to sew the head to the body.


Bunny Body

1) Start with a magic ring. Do 6 single crochet (sc) into the ring      [total 6]

2) Do 2 sc in a stitch (inc) - all around      [total 12]

3) (Sc, inc) - 6X      [total 18]

4) (Sc next 2, inc) - 6X      [total 24]

5) - 10) Sc all around      [total 24]

9) (Sc next 2, do 2 together (dec)) - 6X      [total 18]

Add stuffing

10) (Sc, dec) - 6X      [total 12]

11) Dec - 6X      [total 6]

Leave a bit of a tail, cut yarn and sew on all the 6 front loop, pull to seal the hole and hide the yarn in the body. 


Bunny Ear

1) Start with a magic ring. Do 6 sc into the ring      [total 6]

2) Inc - 6X      [total 12]

3) (Sc, inc) - 6X      [total 18]

4) - 6) Sc all around      [total 18]

7) (Sc next 4, dec) - 3X     [total 15]

8) - 9) Sc all around      [total 15]

10) (Sc next 3, dec) - 3X      [total 12]

11) Sc all around      [total 12]

12) (Sc next 4, dec) - 3X      [total 10]

13) Sc all around      [total 10]

Leave a long tail for sewing, cut yarn


Bunny Feet

1) Start with a magic ring. Do 6 sc into the ring      [total 6]

2) (Sc, inc) - 3X      [total 9]

3) - 4) Sc all around     [total 9]

5) (Sc, dec) - 3X      [total 6]

6) Sc all around      [total 6]


As for the hair and the tail, I used fluffy yarn / mink yarn. This is optional. Do refer to the tutorial video for better understanding. The tutorial video is easy to follow, even for beginners. Give it a try.

Tiny Top Hat

 This Top Hat is tiny enough for my amigurumi. Preferable black in color but for tutorial video sake, I did a brown one too. I used cotton yarn and a 3 mm hook. It is very easy to make.  The tutorial video : Top Hat 1) Magic ring with 6 single crochet (sc) into ring [total 6] 2) 2 sc in each, all around [total 12] 3) (Sc in next 3, 2 sc in next stitch) repeat all around [total 15] 4) Sc all around (only on back loop) [total 15] 5) - 8) Sc all around [total 15] 9) 2 sc in each stitch, all around the front loop only [total 30] You can cut yarn now, either you leave a long tail for sewing or weave in the tail.  Hope you make lovely hats for your amigurumi. Crochet Amigurumi Microphone

 This is a simple microphone, made using cotton yarn and some stuffing. Very easy to make. Takes you only about an hour to make 1, even for beginners. The tutorial video :  Microphone (use grey yarn) 1) Make a magic ring. Do 10 single crochet into the ring     [total 10] 2) - 5) Do single crochet all around     [total 10] 6) Do a decrease (2 together), 5 times     [total5] 7) - 9) Single crochet all around     [total 5] Leave a long tail to sew it to your amigurumi. Now use a black yarn and sew few lines, like above (or refer to tutorial video) to make it look like a microphone.  Hope you find this pattern interesting.
