Grey & White Bunny Series # 3 - Bunny Short Ears

 This bunny has short ears. Did it with cotton yarn and some safety eyes and nose and also some stuffing.

The Head And Body

1) Start with a magic ring. Do 6 single crochet (sc) in the magic ring       (total 6)

2) (2 sc in each stitch (inc)) - 6X       (total 12)

3) (Sc, inc) - 6X      (total 18)

4) (Sc in next 2, inc) - 6X       (total 24)

5) (Sc in next 3, inc) - 6X       (total 30)

6) - 12) Sc all around       (total 30)

13) (Sc in next 3, 2together (dec)) - 6X       (total 24)

I sew the ears and add safety eyes and nose before I add stuffing

14) (Sc in next 2, dec) - 6X       (total 18)

15) (Sc, dec) - 6X       (total 12)

16) (Sc in next 2, dec) - 6X       (total 9)

Leave a bit of tail before cutting. Use a tapestry needle and sew the yarn to the 9 front loop and pull to seal the hole.


The Feet

1) Start with a magic ring. Do 6 sc into the ring       (total 6)

2) Inc - 6X       (total 12)

3) - 4) Sc all around       (total 12)

5) (Sc in next 2, dec) - 6X       (total 9)

6) - 8) Sc all around       (total 9)


The Ear

1) Start with a magic ring. Do 6 sc into the ring      (total 6)

2) Sc all around      (total 6)

3) (Sc, inc) - 3X      (total 9)

4) Sc all around      (total 9)

5) (Sc next 2, inc) - 3X      (total 12)

6) Sc all around      (total 12)

Mooncake

  Crochet moon cake. You will need cotton yarn, a 3 mm hook and some stuffing. The tutorial video :  Mooncake 1) Magic ring, 8 single crochet (sc) into ring 2) Work only on the front loop : [ 1 slip stitch (sl st), chain (ch) 6 ] 8 times. Get 8 petals. 3) Work only on the back loop : [ 1 sc, ch2 ] all around and sl st to the join the 1st stitch. 4) Ch 1, [ch2, 3 puff st to the ch2 space, ch 2, 1 sc to the next] 8 times. Sl st to join to the 1st st. 5) Ch 3, 1 sc on top of the sc in the previous row (skip all the puff st). Sl st to join to the 1st st. 6) Ch 1, [ 5 double crochet (dc) in the ch3 space, 1 sc to the top of the sc in previous row) 8 times. 7) Sc all around the back loop. Tiny Top Hat

 This Top Hat is tiny enough for my amigurumi. Preferable black in color but for tutorial video sake, I did a brown one too. I used cotton yarn and a 3 mm hook. It is very easy to make.  The tutorial video : Top Hat 1) Magic ring with 6 single crochet (sc) into ring [total 6] 2) 2 sc in each, all around [total 12] 3) (Sc in next 3, 2 sc in next stitch) repeat all around [total 15] 4) Sc all around (only on back loop) [total 15] 5) - 8) Sc all around [total 15] 9) 2 sc in each stitch, all around the front loop only [total 30] You can cut yarn now, either you leave a long tail for sewing or weave in the tail.  Hope you make lovely hats for your amigurumi.
