You can called it amigurumi or plush toys or even squishy toys. I called it crochet. This is easy to make, even for beginners. The cone, I used "khaki" colour and as for the ice-cream part, you can used what ever left over yarn you have that makes it look like ice-cream of some sort. I used a 4 mm hook when I use
a 5 ply cotton yarn and a 2.5 mm hook for the 3 ply yarn.

Cone
1) magic ring, 4 single crochet (sc) into ring (total 4 stitches)
2) [do a 2 sc into 1 stitch (inc), sc in the next] (total 6 stitches)
3) sc all around ( total 6)
4) [inc, sc] (total 9)
5) sc all around (total 9)
6) [inc, sc in next 2] (total 12)
7) sc all around (total 12)
8) [inc, sc in next 3] (total 15)
9) sc all around (total 15)
10) [inc, sc in next 4] (total 18)
11) sc all around (total 18)
12) [inc, sc in next 5] (total 21)
13) sc all around (total 21)
14) [inc, sc in next 6] (total 24)
15) sc all around (total 24)
end with a slip stitch in the next and leave a long tail for sewing
ice-cream
1) magic ring, 6 sc (total6)
2) inc all around (total 12)

7) [inc, sc in next 3] (total 30)

10) [decrease (do a 2 together), sc in next 3] (total 24)
ice-cream drip (crochet only on the front loop)
Do a slip stitch in a stitch, a single crochet in the next, a half double crochet in the next stitch and a double crochet in the same stitch. Repeat all around and you will get 4 drips around the ice-cream.
Add a bit of stuffing before start sewing it together and add more stuffing before the last few stitches.
