Crochet Amigurumi Microphone

This is a simple microphone, made using cotton yarn and some stuffing. Very easy to make. Takes you only about an hour to make 1, even for beginners.

Microphone (use grey yarn)

1) Make a magic ring. Do 10 single crochet into the ring [total 10]

2) - 5) Do single crochet all around [total 10]

6) Do a decrease (2 together), 5 times [total5]

7) - 9) Single crochet all around [total 5]

Leave a long tail to sew it to your amigurumi.

Now use a black yarn and sew few lines, like above (or refer to tutorial video) to make it look like a microphone.

Peony Flower

This is a big flower compare to the other crochet flowers. You will need cotton yarn, wire and some flower making green tape. I also added a chop stick, or you can use any wood or metal, to hold the flower as it is quite heavy with so many petals and wire. I used 3 different colors for the whole flower. The tutorial video : The Core Part (use yellow yarn) 1) Chain 9, do 3 single crochet (sc) in the 2nd stitch from the hook, sc in the next, slip stitch (ss) until the end, which you will have 6 ss all in. Chain 9 and repeat the whole thing, all in 8 sets. 2) Chain 10, 3 sc in the 2nd stitch from hook. Sc in the next and ss in the following stitches until the end of the chain, all in 7 ss. Tiny Top Hat

This Top Hat is tiny enough for my amigurumi. Preferable black in color but for tutorial video sake, I did a brown one too. I used cotton yarn and a 3 mm hook. It is very easy to make. The tutorial video : Top Hat 1) Magic ring with 6 single crochet (sc) into ring [total 6] 2) 2 sc in each, all around [total 12] 3) (Sc in next 3, 2 sc in next stitch) repeat all around [total 15] 4) Sc all around (only on back loop) [total 15] 5) - 8) Sc all around [total 15] 9) 2 sc in each stitch, all around the front loop only [total 30] You can cut yarn now, either you leave a long tail for sewing or weave in the tail.
