Auntie Nat's Crochet (Free Crochet Pattern)

This is my second crochet mooncake. This pattern is different from my first crochet mooncake. I made two version. One with lace yarn and a 2 mm hook and another with cotton yarn and a 3 mm hook. The lace yarn mooncake is smaller than the cotton yarn mooncake due to the size of the yarn and hook yet both are equally lovely and look quite like the real thing.  This is a simple bucket hat pattern. Starts with half double crochet (hdc) and end with some double crochet (dc) and single crochet (sc). I used a 8 ply cotton yarn with a 6 mm hook.  The tutorial video :  Top of hat 1) Start with a magic ring. Make 9 hdc into ring. Joint to the 1st stitch with a slip stitch (ss). 2) Chain 1, do 2 hdc into the 1st stitch (inc), (hdc, inc) - repeat till the end and joint with the 1st stitch with a ss. 3) Chain 1, (hdc, inc) - repeat until end of the row and joint with the 1st stitch with a ss. 4) Chain 1, hdc, inc (hdc next 2, inc) - repeat until end of the row and you will have 1 more stitch left, do a hdc in that stitch and ss to the 1st stitch. 5) Chain 1, (hdc next 3, inc) - repeat until end of the row and ss to the 1st stitch. 6) Chain 1, hdc next 2, inc, (hdc next 4, inc) - repeat until end of the row, you will have 2 more stitch left, do hdc in that 2 stitch and joint to the 1st stitch with a ss. 7) Chain 1, (hdc next 5, inc) - repeat until the

 This is Van, a member of BT21. You only need 3 colors, grey, white and a bit of black and some stuffing.    The tutorial video :  Arms (one in grey, one in white) 1) Start with a magic ring.  This is Mang, a member of BT21. There are 2 version of it. One with a mask and one without. The body is the same. You can go check out the posters on Mang on internet and get all those colors for this project.
