Easter Bunny In An Egg Shell

This bunny is sitting inside a half egg shell. The shell pattern can be a mini basket too. Just add a small handle. The shell should be colorful as it is Easter but the bunny I used white or yellowish white. It is all cotton yarn. I also use fillings and safety eyes and nose. If you do not have safety eyes and nose, you can sew the eyes and nose after you have add stuffing and seal the bunny. Floral Bolero Jacket

This is a simple bolero jacket made with bamboo yarn. The yarn is extremely soft. It is best to use it for clothes or shawl or any or that sort. Too soft for other things. I used a 3 mm hook as the yarn is quite thin even though it is a 6 ply yarn.  The tutorial video :  The non flower part I made a criss cross double crochet stitch. Firstly, measure your back, the width of your back, to determine the number of stitches on your foundation chain. It has to be in a multiple of 2. Row 2, chain 2, do a double crochet on the 4th chain from the hook. Next, go back to the 3rd stitch from the hook and do a double crochet. Skip one and do a double crochet on the next stitch. Now do a double crochet on the stitch that we skipped. Continue until the last stitch.  Row 3 until the length that you want, chain 2, turn the work and do the same as above.  Once you have the length that you want, do some chain stitch for the arm hole. Refer to video above for better understanding.  Do the same type of s

Strawberry T Shirt Yarn Tote Bag

This tote bag is make using t-shirt yarn and a 8 mm hook. The pattern is linen stitch. Linen stitch is a single crochet in one stitch, chain one or two or three, skip one and do a single crochet and repeat all over. I added a pair of strawberry in the middle of the bag. The tutorial video :    I started with a foundation chain of 24. Do a single crochet (sc) on the 4th chain from the hook. Then chain 1, skip 1 and do a sc on the next. Repeat until end of the row. At the last stitch stitch, do one more set of linen stitch. Now work on the opposite side of the foundation chain.  Sc on the previous chain 1 space, chain 1, skip 1 (skip the previous sc stitch) sc in the next. Repeat until the end of the row. Do one more linen stitch on the last stitch (which is also the first stitch on the foundation chain.  The 2nd row, chain 3, do a sc on the chain 1 space, chain 3 and do a sc on the chain 1 space. Repeat until you come to the end of row 2.  The 3rd row, chain 3, do a sc on the chain 3 s

Strawberries

This is a simple amigurumi. These strawberries are the size of the actual strawberries. I used cotton yarn and some stuffing. I used a 3 mm hook for this project and I did not add eyes and nose. You can if you want too as there are room for it. I want it to look like a fruit. You can get it done in less than an hour, even for beginners.  The tutorial video :  Strawberry (I used dark pink) 1) Do a magic ring, make 6 single crochet (sc) into ring     [total 6] 2) Do 2 sc in each stitch (inc)     [total 12] 3) (sc, inc) - 6 times     [total 18] 4) (sc next 2, inc) - 6 times     [total 24] 5) sc all around     [total 24] 6) sc next 3, do a 2 together (dec), (sc next 6, dec) - 2 times, sc next 3     [total 21] 7) (sc next 5, dec) - 3 times     [total 18] 8) sc next 2, dec, (sc next 4, dec) - 2 times, sc next 2     [total 15] This is the time to add the eyes and nose if any. 9) (sc next 3, dec) - 3 times     [total 12] 10) sc, dec, (sc next 2, dec) - 2 times, sc      [total 9] 11) (sc, dec)
